★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木須炒麵的麵體是刀削麵，麵吃起來Q彈不會過硬，調味則跟我過往吃到的重鹹口味不同，醋的酸味比較明顯，整體吃下來滿足又沒負擔。附湯是簡單的豆腐湯，調味卻意外地好喝，吹風一整天喝完整個人都暖了，之後想再來嚐嚐其他的麵點?
The noodles of Musu Yakisoba are sliced noodles. The noodles are not too hard to taste. The seasoning is different from the heavy salty taste I have eaten in the past. The sourness of the vinegar is more obvious. The whole meal is satisfying and unburdened. The attached soup is a simple tofu soup, but the seasoning is unexpectedly delicious. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/10/31 週日爬山後的好選擇，地點方便 就在西湖捷運站的美食街，點了酸白牛肉疙瘩，一入口就被酸白菜湯驚豔，又清爽又夠味，值得一嚐。店家提供的辣椒醬夠辣有味，品嚐原味湯頭後建議加一匙，風味更加升級。
唯一遺憾是麵疙瘩不合口味，口感不夠Q彈 感覺在咬麵糊塊。下次會再訪，但是不會點疙瘩。
2021/10/31 Good choice after climbing the mountain on Sunday, convenient location. Just in the food street of West Lake MRT station, I ordered the sour white beef lumps. The sour cabbage soup was amazing at the entrance. It is refreshing and delicious. It is worth a try. The chili sauce provided by the store is spicy and flavorful. It is recommended to add a spoonful after tasting the original soup to upgrade the flavor.
The only regret is that the gnocchi is unpalatable and the taste is not good enough. It feels like biting the batter. Will visit again next time, but I won't get pimple.
