★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.小孩才二歲多,只是輕微感冒症狀(鼻水還不算黏稠,沒有咳,沒有發燒),醫生竟然直接開立抗生素。
2.問診中,有跟醫生反應之前小孩喝「希普利敏」會使鼻水變濃,有無替代藥水,醫生只有淡淡回應「吃我的藥粉不會有這個問題」。回家查看藥單,才知道原來裡面有加了二種抗生素。
3.醫生沒有事先告知要加抗生素,如果造成抗藥素,是不是往後的藥要越加越重?
4.醫生吸鼻涕的技術不佳。
5.不是一家適合小孩看病的診所。
謝謝診所的回應,但是,看診過程中,醫生沒有特別檢查是否有黃鼻涕(鼻竇炎)、耳內積水(中耳炎)等問題,就直接開立抗生素,我覺得還是太過當。做為一間以「兒童」為主要服務對象的診所,實在不夠恰當。
1. The child is just over two years old and has only mild cold symptoms (the nose is not thick, no cough, and no fever). The doctor even prescribes antibiotics directly.
2. During the consultation, there was a reaction from the doctor that the child's drinking "Hyprimin" would thicken the nasal discharge. If there is an alternative medicine, the doctor only responded lightly, "I won't have this problem with my medicine powder." 3. The doctor did not tell you to add antibiotics in advance. If it causes antibiotics, will the medicines become heavier in the future?
4. The doctor's technique of sniffing is poor.
5. Not a clinic suitable for children to see a doctor.

However, during the consultation process, the doctor did not specifically check whether there were problems such as yellow nasal discharge (sinusitis), water in the ear (otitis media), etc., and prescribed antibiotics directly. I think it is still too much. As a clinic that mainly serves "children", it is not appropriate.

預約在這打第三劑,
一進門櫃檯小姐要求出示資料
詢問一下所謂資料是否是指畫面截圖
櫃檯小姐下一秒呈現傻眼的樣子回應:「ㄜ⋯健保卡啊」
因為第一次在這邊看診,在後方填寫完基本資料後繳交給櫃台時一併把筆放櫃檯桌上。
櫃檯小姐不屑的拿回資料表同時說:「筆放回去」
進入診間醫生完成施打後我問醫生:「黃卡不需要拿給您嗎?」
醫生回覆不需要已經有註明了。
我心想,從頭到尾都沒要求拿出黃卡哪來的已經註明了?
離開前再次櫃檯小姐「請問黃卡上不需註明施打第三劑嗎?」
櫃檯小姐反問:「你有給我嗎?」
我無法理解身為一個診所內的櫃檯人員,多一份解釋多一份說明有多難?
不是每位病人都應該知道所有程序
況且妳主動提出要「確切」繳交給妳資料有哪些
對妳做事也比較方便吧?
診所請到這種員工真是很不幸
