★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is little bit high but It is worth paying. They can speak english and have a Korean menu as well. some people think the order system is complicated but it's not because of their kindness. Taste is excellent and I feel they are caring me every single time.
Even they have a massage chair, nail service and free haagendaz icecream!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very recommended. Great service from staff here. They are always concerned what we are ordering like spicy level of soup. The show here is also great. You could order noodle show (picture below) or wait till there is a mask show around 6 PM. Sauce here is free and has many choice for you. Ice cream is free. But you need to pay for soup and food ingredients. I do recommend to go for chicken soup and tomato one if you are not a spicy lover. Safe your stomach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is decent and the service is superb. One thing to point out is that the line for manicure is way too long. My friend put in her name before the meal and after we finished, it’s still a long wait before her turn. A little pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been to a haidilao since traveling to china a few years back. It's probably really unhealthy but so gooooood. Currently they have a promo of a individual portion for 199 that comes with some veggies and a few pieces of meat. Also comes with their soapy lemon water edamame, and orange. Really good deal for haidilao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an incredibly awesome experience eating here! The service is on another level, they sell experience, they treat customers like a queen or a king. No wonder they always have long queue even when it’s on the weekday. If you are planning to come on the weekend, I suggest you to book for seats first.
You can have free drink, snacks, body massage chair and nail-art service while queuing.
The most fantastic one for me is the noodle making show! And it tastes delicious as well too.
And last but not least, their ice cream is all you can eat Haagen-dazs?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a long line and difficult to make a reservation. But you can also go without a reservation. Last time I arrived at around 17.00 on a weekday on got a table after about 1 hour. On a weekend you'll probably have to wait 3 hours. The good thing is you can check the queue status online so you can walk around doing other things while you wait.
I like the tomato base and the mala base. It's nice having a combination. Ingredients are good, service is excellent and the sauce station is fun. Overall it's a good hotpot but definitely not my favorite in Taipei.
