首先負責人態度極為消極，活動未提早告知因天氣取消，不就還好因為有事，所以提前打電話告知會晚點到，才跟我們說可能會下雨活動要取消，才沒因此從屏東市白跑一趟滿洲，且取消活動後承諾要退款，卻屢次承諾屢次延遲，近兩個月都未處理，訊息最後是未讀未回，根本是在對自己的商譽打臉，完全不建議大家來這農場遊玩，千萬不要，會氣死自己，目前已呈報消保會處理。
