由中山峽谷古道(湖海路2.5KM公車站牌)旁有明顯山徑,由下往上走約莫30分鐘抵產業道路岔路,該產業道路位於大武崙砲台停車場前騎車約5分鐘,於終點往右上走10分鐘,沿登山布條再續行往上,途中會看到陸用地71號界柱,到國旗嶺後前方50公尺有個觀景處,展望還不錯,有山、有海、有森林、有砲台,cp值高的漁路古道,步道也維護的還不賴!
