早上9點半左右,只有我一個客人,進去診間不到三分鐘就說回去吃藥。有做醫美不缺病人吧!態度很差,口氣像欠他錢,才早上九點多有必要嗎?因為突然長很多痘痘想問醫生是怎麼了,結果他連我作息都不問,只說「你長很多痘痘,回去吃藥擦藥看有沒有改善」(口氣很差),也沒解釋藥膏作用、是否跟我現在使用的有衝突?我還要自己問藥師,爛死了,以後不會再來^^浪費掛號費200得到一個問號。以前來這裡打過傷口除疤,也是毫無效果,爛死了~我會乖乖去別家診所,不會再來,也不推薦別人來找氣受。喔忘了說,處理傷口的時候有夠粗魯!喜歡找氣受的再來這裡喔

很多按五星的都是有送小禮物哦^_^ 點痣真的可以去別家,以後寧可等其他診所或是跑羅東,都不要再來! 點完兩個月了疤都沒退還超級深以外,中間花時間回診也是護理師(?來看,看一下就說很棒沒問題,但我自己覺得恢復的不是很好,傷口旁有小水泡,問了以後原本那位護理師才又請更資深的護理師來看??兩個護理師看超久最後也說不出所以然,叫我再觀察(^_^)?這.. 不是皮膚科嗎?還是現在都專心在醫美比較好賺,就不管其他? 來不及阻止家人去點痣,結果直接打歪!很明顯就是沒有打在痣上面,診所還硬拗是為了安全能量、痣比較深,明明就是一般小小顆的痣耶!!重點是不止一顆打歪,是三顆真的很小的痣哦!都能打歪~ 還叫人自己自費,三個月後再去打,超級無言! 白白花錢、受傷、留疤,原本的痣也還在。真心勸退:)

因為小孩尿布疹,雖然櫃檯小姐一直以來的服務態度都很沒禮貌,但為了小孩我還是忍著去看她們的白眼了;今天下午2點半帶1歲的嬰兒到現場掛號,櫃檯人員不客氣的說,本人在哪?!我說在車上等等就下來,當下,她沒有給我掛號的牌子,我趕著出門口,又折返回來,我說不好意思請問我們幾號,她說5號,看著她不耐煩的眼神,為了小孩我還是跟她比了一個ok勉強擠出一絲笑容,希望她好好安排,我從車上帶小孩下車,看著叫號燈一直在3號,心想疫情期間,裡面這麼多大人,寶寶又沒有打疫苗,口罩又戴不住,所以先在診所門口等待,結果,叫號燈突然直接閃到6號,我跟我媽馬上抱小孩衝進去,我問櫃檯怎麼從3號直接跳6號,那我們還要等幾位,她不客氣的說5位,我說是你們沒有跳5號,怎麼一下要等這麼多位,結果,她櫃檯囂張的直接把健保卡跟掛號費沒禮貌的放在桌上,我問她什麼意思,她說妳不配合就不要看!這樣的診所櫃檯我還真是開了眼,我跟我媽還問了醫生,醫生竟然說櫃檯處理的我不干涉,好的,這就是這間診所對待一個嬰兒病患的方式,耽誤了小孩的就醫機會,也耽誤一個媽媽寶貴的時間,希望此診所加強檢討,勿再耽誤幼兒病患治療的機會!評價 :不予置評,永遠不會去看診! 我在臉書請問他們的經營方針,她的小編說要告我,對於這樣對待病患的態度還真是有損宜蘭醫療評價!期待有公道的人處理!
