★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste of the soup, just like how the restaurant's name emphasizes, doesn't involve taste of additives and is quite original. The taste of the herbal flavored soups, e.g. ginseng chicken and 4-things chicken, has been well prepared so that the "herbal medicine" feeling has been much reduced. Maybe some guests may find it "not strong" enough to match how it tastes in their memory. However, this is quite good for those who didn't appreciate too strong herbal scents and still can enjoy the food.
The cleanness near the seating area is so so, which explains why I only gave 4 stars.
