★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 門號要終止合約，結果幫我處理成解約，門號都不使用了還繼續收我費用，跑了好幾次也說好最後費用都繳掉了，現在又寄來法院通知要告我惡意欠款，店長是怎麼處理的啊？莫名其妙ㄟ！爛死了這輩子不會再辦台灣大哥大，爛透了！
 The door number was about to terminate the contract, and the result was dealt with to cancel the contract for me. The door number was not used and I continued to charge me the fee. After running several times, I said that the final fee was paid, and now I have sent a notice from the court to sue me for malicious debts. How does the store manager deal with it? Inexplicable ㄟ! 都幫她做業績了還敢用那種態度對顧客
沒看過這麼囂張的店員，有夠現實，後續要退一些東西也不給退，一直強調有綁約，去別家店問就沒這些問題⋯
你這個店員是我遇過最扯服務最爛的人，絕對不會再去這家店消費
The clerk's attitude is very bad

I haven’t seen such a arrogant clerk, there is enough reality, and I have to give back some things in the follow-up. I have always stressed that there is a tie-up. If I go to another store, I will not have these problems.
Your clerk is the worst person I have ever encountered, and I will never go to this store again.

進去裡面也都沒人問你有何需要服務，就讓人站著等(等快20分）也沒人理。
Super bad store, I have to wait a long time for 2 times and I haven't paid the fee
No one asks you what you need for service when you go in, so people just stand and wait (wait 20 minutes) and nobody cares.
