進去後護士臉也都很臭,斜眼看人感覺超不屑
但……瑣事做完開始看診後大家就都很熱心親切
想像自己也是會在上班以外的時間想沉默,我也就沒什麼好不舒服的了~

因為疫情的關係患者被迫需在外面候診,可以諒解此點,因為醫護相關人員真的很辛苦,但相關配套措施根本不完善。
1. 外面只有一台電風扇供給等候患者,天氣熱根本不堪用
2. 沒有叫號設備,人多時在外面等候已經煎熬,還不知道自己幾號,走也走不開!
3. 入內後醫生的反應也讓人覺得不太舒服,彷彿患者是甚麼大病毒似的,口罩都戴妥了,話也不能多說,要闡述自己狀況還會被護理人員指示不要說話,了解要保持室內安全社交距離,但貴診所這樣表現,真的非常沒有醫德!
4. 遇到下大雨,因為等候區騎樓內偏窄,都會被雨潑到,把患者全部放在外面候診,為了避免雨潑,大家全部擠在騎樓下,根本另類"超級群聚"

3. The response of the doctor after entering the hospital also made people feel uncomfortable, as if the patient had a big virus, the masks were worn properly, and you could not say much. If you want to explain your own situation, you will be instructed not to speak by the nursing staff. I understand that we must maintain a safe indoor social distance, but your clinic's performance in this way is really very unmedical!
4. In case of heavy rain, because the waiting area inside the arcade is too narrow, it will be splashed by the rain. All patients are placed outside waiting for treatment. In order to avoid the rain, everyone is crowded under the arcade, which is a different kind of "super cluster".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人有夠多,等很久,另外晚上都休診,星期六下午沒有診,不要白跑一趟。因為我已經白跑好幾趟,休息時間很長,看診時間不多。
我通常是在這邊看耳鼻喉科,看診的時候,覺得醫生人很好,也很有耐心,對小朋友都好親切,是個很棒的醫生,相對藥師的態度就差很多了,藥包直接唱名放檯子上就走了,也沒有跟病人說要怎麼吃,我客氣的問用藥方式,還很不耐煩的回答,感覺就是,病人應該都要自己知道怎麼用藥,問一下都不行,讓我很無奈。
不知道是我太笨還是我玻璃心,總之感覺很不好就是了。
兩科看診的人都好多,服務人員真的很沒有耐心。

I don't know if I'm too stupid or my glass heart, anyway, it feels bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診間有一個助理講話態度那麼差勁而且幫人家點個眼藥水動作粗魯講話口氣又那麼差態度真的太差勁了吧竟然敢對病人這樣子態度那麼差這麼好的眼科林醫師講話又溫柔看診又專業我覺得助理還要再改善一下

但是護士的語氣態度真差
疫情的緣故不讓陪診殊不知老人家聽力和理解力不足
防護措施不到位沒有消毒劑和測溫器
讓一堆病患擠在窄小的門口廊下
難道不怕集體傳染嗎?
看似循規蹈矩的叫號看診其實不然
簡單的回診拿藥卻需長達二、三個小時悶熱加上蚊蟲的環境等待看診真的是一大挑戰
仁心仁術已不多見
只願將心比心的對待看診的老人
各大醫院也早有高齡患者優秀看診
該多多教育現代的護士們改改心態了
