初訪 原先我都是吃自由羊肉店,但近期覺得他們家湯頭口味不如以往,有點過鹹,於是想說找別間羊肉店試試,剛好沒吃過吉發羊肉店,想說每次經過都蠻多人在用餐的 這次點了蔥爆羊肉、羊肉炒米粉、羊肉排骨湯及青菜,這些算是蠻基本款的餐點,但也考驗店家的口味,整體來說口味還不錯,而且蠻便宜的 蔥爆羊肉-口味算是南部口味,是帶點甜的蔥爆羊肉,覺得下次可能要炒點辣會比較夠味 羊肉炒米粉-算是我個人偏愛炒米粉,吉發的炒米粉收的偏乾,再拌點豆瓣醬就蠻香的了 羊肉排骨湯-當歸藥膳湯頭,第一口湯頭入口是清爽順口的,放有點涼後喝起來藥膳味會較明顯,這湯頭跟自由羊肉的比起來我覺得是小清新,各有各的好,我現在更喜歡這種
