請問電話是擺飾嗎?打一整天的電話只是想再詢問一次預約的時間而已 不接就是不接 前前後後打了快10通 有時忙線我可以理解 不可能我打的時候都剛好在忙吧

護士接電話可以再沒禮貌一點,語氣不耐煩,話都沒講完,就掛電話了。或許妳們真的很忙,但讓人不敢恭維,是因為打疫苗預約,不然不會去!

給一顆星都嫌多 前一天打電話詢問是否有疫苗可以施打 櫃檯告知直接過去都能打 也沒有說可能會沒有疫苗 或是某些時段疫苗是短缺的狀況 冒著大雨到現場 被告知沒有疫苗能夠施打 說要幫我預約晚上 有疫苗會電話通知 等到晚上八點半一通電話都沒有 自行詢問才說直接過去打 反應給晚班人員竟然說他們有打 是我的手機沒訊號 從下午回到家 我的手機一直保持開機 中間也有我的同事打來詢問事情 怎麼可能我手機就屏蔽了貴診所的電話呢? 還直接回我說 你現在有打到就好了 對啊我是打到BNT了 但未來連一般感冒我都不想到貴診所看診了 畢竟如果有任何問題 你們打電話都沒辦法通知我的話也是蠻困擾的

超爛的,在我是楠梓人看到,診所開放打莫德納疫苗,特地打電話去預約,還告知護士,小孩未滿十八歲,是否需要家長陪同,護士還說需要家長陪同,而且第二劑和第三劑需間隔3個月,叫我要算好,不要白跑一趟,還留了資料及出生年月日,隔天晚上過去,居然跟我說,未滿十八歲,第三劑不能打莫德納,這是什麼護士,我特地預約,還告知小孩未滿十八歲,護士還特地問出生年月日,想請問一下護士,當時你不知道未滿十八歲不能打莫德納嗎?你留資料時,沒想到嗎?我提前告知,你不是已經知道未滿18歲了嗎?怎麼去到現場才說呢?我知道,法令要遵守我知道,但你的不專業,導致了民眾的不便,沒有人要當奧客,但請先想想你們職責所在,為何會出錯,而出錯,其實道歉,民眾都會接受,而不是一直在那邊推託,說到底都是別人的錯,自己當護士的都沒錯,這樣的態度,真的讓人不高興,可以體恤護士最近因為施打疫苗的事很忙,但無法接受護士都把錯,推到民眾身上,不愉快的經驗,希望此診所護士能改善自己本身的問題
