點丼飯附味噌湯是美意,但有次去吃,老闆娘端來味噌湯說他們只剩半碗的量,請我多多包涵,心想沒什麼,但結帳時,聽到老闆跟其他客人說,我們味噌湯沒了,要不要改成喝蛤蜊湯阿? 我x的勒,給我喝剩的,其他客人就有免費蛤蜊湯喝就對了!這樣待客之道真的高明,枉費我還算是常客,看來老闆不缺錢,黑名單恭喜你+1了。

點餐後多半要等待20分鐘甚至30分鐘後才會出現第一道餐點,即使是生魚片或是握壽司。點餐時店內只有兩桌客人,一桌即將離開,另一桌桌面還有幾道菜,我們等待的這段時間,老闆邊準備料理邊與客人聊天,老闆娘可能忙,沒空招呼新進客人且擺放餐墊、餐具。 等了許久,好不容易看到老闆娘端出料理,唉...是那桌面尚有許多餐點的客人的。不一會兒,另一桌客人要結帳了,我望著面前空盪盪的桌面,聽著老闆跟其他客人熱絡的談天說地,心裡滿是空虛啊! 近半小時的等待,總算等到了握壽司,魚肉新鮮滑嫩、價格平易近人,能彌補醋飯的軟爛。唐揚雞調味適宜,不過可能因雞肉大小不一,造成有的多汁有的乾澀,而盤子沒墊吸油紙,所以炸雞的麵衣吸了水蒸氣後,酥脆度失色不少。另,點了味噌魚湯,但實際嚐到的是海帶芽味噌湯,餐點與菜單不符。 綜合用餐感受,我的想法是: 1.老闆要調整出餐的方式,生魚片類的先出,而且要適時平均供餐給等待的客人。 2.老闆應跟老闆娘討論彼此要負責的工作項目以及程序,包括招呼客人入座、擺放餐具、上菜順序... 3.請適時調整效率,不因與客人聊天影響到餐點準備。 4.料理味道與口感應該要一致,例如醋飯別有時Q彈有時軟爛 5.抽油煙機旁的冰箱,有一大束未清理的青蔥,而醋飯竟冰在其下方,這在食材衛生上很有爭議。

The taste of the cooking should be consistent with the mouth feel, such as vinegared rice, sometimes the Q bombs are sometimes soft and rotten 5. There is a large bunch of uncleaned green onions in the refrigerator next to the range hood, and the vinegar rice is actually iced under it. This is very controversial in terms of food hygiene.
