★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our tour guide made a stop here on our way to kenting. This is a nice little temple. Check out the ceiling decor. It was comprised of tiny buddas and they all looked different. Don't miss the street merchants behind the temple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a big temple with total of 5 story and many god statues. Just follow the stairs all the way up. and pray while on the way up. There is a basement carpark for this temple. and the food street behind is very nice. must visit the Banyan tree old sweets shops after the temple.

The building is fairly significant and filled with tranditional atmosphere.
There are various enthusiastic dishes that you hardly taste all.
The salt duck eggs are interesting and good for main food, eg. congee or rice.

Came here for the New Year celebration and it was busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This temple is so popular in southern Taiwan and it's surrounded by lots of booths behind it. The famous stuff is called "salted duck egg". Also, we found out it is able to see a brilliant mountain view upstairs. It is good to see something good and learn even though you are not of the same religion.
