不斷累積工作給員工
員工加班時數過多再來檢討員工
還會依個人喜好調整員工職位跟薪水
部分主管只會以階級壓榨下屬
有員工三節獎金還被扣錢根本無福利
最重要的是根本沒有職前教育訓練！
