★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去結清帳戶,行員請我回到原本開戶的銀行(不在台中)才能辦理結清,一句話就拒絕我辦理,打了客服再度確認,就算不是原本開戶的分行也可以辦理結清,只是他們需要郵寄到原開戶銀行處理,後來去其他聯邦分行,行員就幫我辦理,也跟我解釋需要郵寄到原開戶銀行處理的情況(態度也很OK),請問貴公司的規定不同調?
