★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自從換了車牌辨識系統之後，個人平均一個星期使用三次，故障率有點高。明明繳完費用，印出發票，但是要出去時，紅字跑馬燈說未繳費，再用悠遊卡刷卡，也無法使用。今天下雨天有位阿伯也是卡住！麻煩管理室要注意一下！拜託！還是請工程人員來看一下？？？ps.如果有人繳費了，發票務必要留好！

此為1區停車場。出入口在「這一鍋」對面。我已在繳費機付費，出柵欄時卻說未付費，傻眼，還好管理員在場。2022-04-16週六晚上。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自動感應的時常感應不到造成車輛阻塞後方車輛回堵，入口路不平有斜坡及水溝下雨天中大型機車容易側倒，停車位樹葉積水都沒人清，管理室早上也都沒人，自動繳費機金錢客服處理速度怠慢，整體停車體驗是很不好的，建議停車上方樹蔭可以定期整修，出入口的路可以擴大或鋪平，停車位動線分明，自動繳費機的機台可以設個教學說明，使年長者方便操作，增派幾名服務人員在服務室（尖峰時間或者國定假日）這樣有問題也有人可以即時幫忙，如果自動辨識車牌不能改善，可以使用磁扣式或者悠遊卡進出場較為方便傳統。
