超大社區需要非常多的人口來進駐！目前111年只有極少/小的便利店！公設比31%！已蓋好幾年，尚有好幾成建商保留空戶留著不售。這對早購跟現購戶必定造成日後售出時的排比！景觀戶未必是永久？必須注意不要花高價買到以後的眼淚。
持平來說，蓋的不錯，就是雨遮因為是103年建照，所以現在不計的雨遮，在這邊是計入的（約有五坪的虛坪雨遮）
假日來逛逛淡海新市鎮，衝個人氣也不錯！

Care must be taken not to pay high prices for later tears.

It's not bad to visit Danhai New Town during the holidays, and it's not bad to be popular!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far away from the town center. Though this residential development is close to some small commercial development as well, however, the scale has not reached a viable scale. The recently inaugurated light rail system is close to this residential development. But the market says the project was with many investors. I am not sure if the investors are gone. If not, the selling price may still be volatile.
Big unit like 280 to 400 sq. meters. Perhaps more suitable for a family with 2 or 3 children.
