因插座老舊產生燒焦味,打電話給宏泉水電行,接電話的老闆娘很熱心的問和回答。師傅來查看後,把哪裡壞掉以及原理說明得很清楚,讓人很安心!換修快速,價格也合理。下次有問題會再找宏泉。

第一次預約晚上八點放鳥 也不打電話通知 等到九點打電話過去才說太晚了 改明天早上聯絡 第二天等到下午一點還是沒電話 直到打過去給師傅才說下午過來(還是沒講切確時間) 下午到了直接開始修繕,檢查完也不報價,修繕內容更換無熔絲開關,基本上不到20分鐘修完,然後直接跟我說一千元,我想說怎麼那麼貴,結果上網查,基本工資500、更換無熔絲開關300,結果現場說算我們便宜1000就好。 呵呵 奉勸各位先詢價再修 這種手法真難看? 以後還是找正當正派一點的水電行 放鳥理虧在先還惡意抬價

更: 難道別人來我家裏修理東西,我要一路臉很臭的完全不跟人笑嗎? 而且師傅的態度至少在我個人的觀點裡是很強硬的,完全沒有什麼可以讓我問價格的機會,我想可能是看我年輕覺得好欺負吧:) 最一開始在電話裏說要到現場看了什麼狀況才能報價格,所以我讓師傅來了。 結果是讓我在這場交易中感覺到非常不舒服。 後來師傅打電話來希望我刪評論,也談好願意退我部分款項,退後我再刪評論。 但隔了一天卻對自己答應我的話出爾反爾,反要我先刪了才能退款?:) 原本想想算了要先刪就刪吧,但準備要來處理的時候卻看到了老闆的回應,還多次強調“你的責任”。 既然千錯萬錯都是我的錯,那是否在我可以先拿到退款以前,我都留著評論讓大家看看到底是誰的責任呢? 反正消費者沒有在當下反應就都不對,就活該對了嗎:) -------------- 去了現場問維修對講機,老闆娘說要找專門修的人問才能知道價格(老闆娘自己也沒有跟我報價)。 現場幫我打了電話,師傅劈頭就問我地點那些的,直接說週一要來幫我看(電話中也沒有提到價格)。 我就這樣一直不知道價格到週一師傅來,一進門就直接開始修,修好才跟我說要1500$… (有其他間一模一樣的工料只要一千) 事後跟師傅反應,他跟我說應該一開始水電行就要跟我報價的,他以為我知道所以才都沒講價格就直接修了。 雖然我知道我沒有現場表示不對,事後才講就太晚了,但是都裝好了難道我要死賴著不付錢嗎? 總之也是當了一次冤大頭,希望老闆娘之後就算是要推薦人,也有先好好跟客人報價。 不然這樣對兩間店的感覺都不會太好……
