★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我們這次去的是越南的五天旅遊，其實從一開始葉小姐的接洽，問了一些越南旅遊相關問題，葉小姐都很有耐心並親近回答，從開始做旅遊簡章非常有效率寄到家裡，有問題也是馬上提問都可以有效率解決問題，我覺得很棒，自已也是從事服務業工作，所以第一線人員重要性，會大大影響這一家旅行業者的評價，將來還是會繼續推薦或者是選擇百威旅遊。
