優勢：整體來說捷運潛力、生活機能是居住的賣點。劣勢：戶數多，若管理委員、管理中心不給力，會管理不易。捷運開通後是否有噪音影響也需要了解。

108年起，改成誠品物管，現在情況慢慢在改善中。
109年由帝寶物管進場，目前非常穩定，大樓採光通風，交通發達有捷運有公車，對面文心國小、崇德國中九年免接 送，捷運也能到文華高中。
