優勢:整體來說捷運潛力、生活機能是居住的賣點。劣勢:戶數多,若管理委員、管理中心不給力,會管理不易。捷運開通後是否有噪音影響也需要了解。

108年起,改成誠品物管,現在情況慢慢在改善中。
109年由帝寶物管進場,目前非常穩定,大樓採光通風,交通發達有捷運有公車,對面文心國小、崇德國中九年免接 送,捷運也能到文華高中。
