★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本超喜歡到勤美的10/10也購入了很多產品，但是，今天一進店裡直接拿了自己要購入的產品在櫃檯等待結帳，等了快二十分鐘，兩位店員在跟其他客人介紹產品，一位店員在與客人聊天，看來看去就是沒有店員幫我們結帳！其他被介紹產品的客人也示意我們要結帳，還提醒了店員，就是直接無視，即使我是小小的金卡會員也不想再來了，非常失望！
Originally, I liked to go to Qinmei's 10/10 and bought a lot of products, but today, when I entered the store, I took the products I wanted to buy and waited for the checkout at the counter. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, two shop assistants were talking to other customers. Introducing the product, a clerk is chatting with the customer, it seems that there is no clerk to help us check out! Other customers who were introduced to the product also signaled us to check out, and reminded the clerk, but they just ignored it. Even if I was a small gold member, I didn’t want to come again, and I was very disappointed!
