★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always buy many boxes of cakes from this shop whenever I come to Taipei. My favorites are the curry cakes and the green bean. The taro is also nice.
Come down from Z4 exit (Shin Kong), turn left and walk for a short distance. This small shop will be on your right hand side.

I was tryna to find the best Taro pastry for my foreign friends and found this shop.
They even gave out the whole pastries for free tasting?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room in Shin Shin was great. Big space and very cleaned as everyday has someone did cleaning in our room. But one thing disadvantage ib this hotel is bit far from Ximen Station. It is not ideal to take walk from ximen station going in this hotel if you have luggage. The location is located at the end of kumning st. The advantage is near in ximending night market and lots of restaurants nearby. With regard to then hotel staff they are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is taipei main station underground mall !! Y zone! This is old shopping mall?It is convenient because the exit is near the hotel ~ and many many kind of thing !!! So when i pass here I can not just pass here hahaha always buy something ~~~ when you come to taiwan ~ just look around here ~~~ ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside Taipei City Mall Underground not far from Z6. Try the pineapple cake and green bean cake its quite tasty and fresh. 8pcs per box for NTD210. They have tester so feel free to try. Another choice of souvenir from Taiwan but you only can keep it for one week.

freshly made sweetened bakery taste really good, i would recommend to come here the day before you leave Taipei coz most of them should be eaten within 7 days due to NO preservatives, except Pineapple pastry could have kept for a month..
super nice service is a plus, they would have packed your purchase nicely in carton when you are big spender :)
