明明他們公司說安裝前一個晚上會跟我們連絡,結果還是我們自己打去問 這還不打緊,說好早上要來安裝,結果沒來還沒有打電話通知,害我們整個早上在那邊空等
Obviously their company said they would contact us the night before the installation, but we still called and asked ourselves. It doesn't matter, I promised to come to install it in the morning, but it didn't come and I didn't call to notify, so we waited there all morning.

今天去新光三越站前店十樓的Sony櫃台看要買的液晶電視的型號跟大小,店員告知目前有優惠活動,本以為是百貨公司搭配的活動,於是詢問店員是什麼活動,結果店員回答有確定要買要調貨下訂才能告訴我們優惠的活動價格,當下真的覺得十分納悶,請問哪裡做生意是這樣做的,我要確定有要買才能知道價格,那價格不滿意難道要強迫我買。後來還詢問我們要不要買展示機好了,我當場拒絕,店員還回說:很好,不要就直接講。我是覺得店員的態度真的有待加強,我跟朋友說我們去看別家的電視好了,他就大聲的說旁邊的LG跟Samsung也是他們家的,我跟朋友就走人了。我不知道這麼大家的百貨公司賣東西是這樣賣的,請加強訓練,第一次聽到要確定下訂購買才要告訴客人優惠價格的,若我們沒有要買的話也不用特地跑去看,請用正確的服務態度服務客人。高高的店員的服務態度令人不敢恭維,這種態度再好的價格我都沒有興趣知道。若有負顆星的話我會給負分,一間大百貨公司這樣賣東西的,我也十分驚訝,很久沒有這麼令人反感的購物經驗了。
