★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來了後被叫填寫腸鏡表格，填到一半有問題要詢問現場服務人員，卻每個都像沒聽見一樣不應聲，
以為是因為他們在忙所以就在那邊等，等了老半天才知道原來他們有聽到、但該表格他們無法回答要等醫生來回答。
那不能在被詢問時幫忙解釋一下？裝作沒聽到不應聲是什麼意思？
