★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This meal supplier has been run for decades with its consistent zest and flavour! It has stood behind the small park and provided economic meals for countless customers since last century.
The kitchen is behind the counter, whereas seats are upstairs in a clean air-conditioned room. One can take away as bento or sit inside. Soup are offered for sit-in customers. An item typically contains three courses plus a main dish. While the portion is big enough, the price is moderate in Taipei. This restaurant is somewhere to enjoy a budget meal near to the university. Very recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent food with very competitive price, the pleasant surprise come from the "free" cold drinks that you can take by yourself - there were chia seeds, ko kee, lemon. Although it is free, but can see how the boss put his heart in it to serve the best for his customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the NTU area, the food is value for money that most dishes are below $100 where you can help yourself with unlimited today's soup and desserts. Though it is free, it still comes with an abundance of ingredients. The soup of today contains cabbage, carrots, and tofu! The place does not have fancy decorations, but it bright and clean. It is air-conditioned and the TV is always on. So you can dine alone without feeling bored as well.
The food volume is quite big that one lady probably cannot finish the whole dish, but the taste is also just okay. The chicken rice in ordered comes with very dry chicken breast cubes that apparently were deep-fried. The egg is also over done. Other veggies as sides are a bit greasy and heavy in tastes. But, again, it is mainly for students nearby who needs a lot of rice to feel full.
