★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8月中送維修花了3000 左右，送來沒告知保固3個月，所以沒有用，年前煮一半當機之後無法開機，因有2台 平常就沒常煮。公司服務態度不好~

之前因個人因素用壞了送修，客服的態度很好也很有耐心。工程師也在更換零件、維修完畢即時來電告知。整體來說～真的不錯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 產品品質不好，1月買用了5-6次，3月發現主機和攪拌機頭都已經生鏽了，3月就先上傳照片給公司，服務人員還傳mail說去買除鏽洗一洗，還有不會影響食物安全，6月1日送到公司，又說已經過了半年。
完全是不負責任和沒有基本法律常識。
只好轉向消保會再申訴。
一個跨國公司，服務規格竟是如此劣等。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 才買一年的飲水器，莫名其妙壞了，先是觸控式龍頭沒辦法按，報修了六個月也沒有維修師傅過來維修，一句話現在沒有零件就不了了之，最近是智能淨水器機器漏水了，一台高單價的淨水器，沒有售後服務，很差勁，服務差，又愛推銷，每次來換濾材只會瘋狂推薦吸塵器??♀️到底。
業務員也只會推銷販售，完全沒有服務品質，東西賣出去就不了了之，瞎爆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客戶主鍋剛買兩個月就壞掉，極少用，也只用洗碗機洗，卻被維修部判定為人為，且回覆主鍋屬於消耗品不在保固內，一個近萬元的主鍋，竟然在短期內壞掉，還無法得到應有的維修或退換服務，要購買美善品的人要審慎評估，上網爬文才發現這間公司類似的客訴不少，看起來也沒有在這些年好好改進。
