★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little English is spoken here, and beware that the prices they charge are at a steep premium (they also asked if we were tourists for some reason). E.g. a replacement of a lens mount was quoted at TWD $1500 when the part is closer to TWD$150 - with only some undoing of screws needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went there out of curiosity to see if they can reglue parts of the rubber on my Nikon DSLR, since Nikon uses parts that deteriorate over time. They said that it can not be done, since the rubber stretched out too much but they were able to order replacements and mount them and it is absolutely like new, I'm impressed by the workmanship! The shop has been there since 1969 and they know what they're doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in since I was in the area to see if can fixed my Sony rx100 camera display since it stopped working after I dropped it. Was told it will take 2 weeks for a new display. Initially was so disappointed, since I won't be in town for so long. They continued to ask me questions on what happened, did further inspection, opened it up and fixed it! Told me to be careful as display had once opened so easier to reopen now. They didn't even charge me a cent! Nicest staff...all three of them that was in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the best there is in Taiwan? maybe it's just me, but i really do think so. helped fix a Nikon F2 sensor issue that'd bugged me for ages. then they threw in some extra maintenance services, which i didn't expect them to, as i thought there might not be available material, given the camera's age. but, viola! some torn parts were replaced with what seemed like new and original. what a pleasant surprise! this place has been around since 1967, the guys really know what they're doing.
