★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車牌辨識有問題，進得來出不去，打了10多分鐘才有人接和排除，建議改善廣州街停車場的車牌辨識，已經被關2次出不去了，2～3天停一次，停2次關一次，花費在打電話和等待的時間感覺很差，下次會考慮停隔壁停車場，蠻不愉快的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天開到出口看到機器感應到自己車號但閘門沒開，退出去在向前也沒用，對講機也好像整人的一樣按了都沒用，最後查到電話打過去，處理的先生倒是蠻客氣地幫我開門，平常沒下雨沒遇到什麼問題，這次下小雨就一堆故障，硬體設施不知道有什麼問題，看在客服人員態度很好多給一星

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千萬別停在這家！機器經常出問題，停得進去繳了費卻不見得出得來！別指望會改善，因為有太多人反應過了都沒用！如果不幸遇到出不來的狀況，按對講機按到地老天荒也沒人理會！那個看起來很方便的對講機是騙人的！你可以Google服務電話，但打過去要轉好幾個人，而且每個人都會再問你一次發生什麼事！這家公司真的沒救了，附帶一提，他們的租車系統也是爛到爆！真是台灣之恥！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛到爆！停車場機器壞掉，沒車位還要付40塊才能出去，對講機按了也沒人！打去客服，竟然還要客人自己花郵資寄回發票，說然後才能退款！不是都雲端了嗎？連我們的車牌都在電腦系統裡了，公司理虧再先，客服態度還很不好說晚五天回覆很正常，因為客訴量很大！是什麼鬼說法！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/30就入場停車，109/7/1開始換成和雲停車場，收費也變貴了！標示牌上大大字清楚明白標示平日最高180元，卻在升降桿上面以A4紙解釋當日指的是0600-2200，這根本是欺騙消費者。打過好幾通客服專線，都要求留電回覆，至今也都沒下文。好大也好不老實的公司⋯
