About 201.10.09, about 13:40 pm, call the bank to transfer the "debit department", ask the relevant information (such as employment certificate and salary certificate) required for the public education staff loan, and serve by a female service personnel. Service attitude is not very good! After talking about the attitude of directly hanging up the phone, it feels unrespected....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好好的一個過年，提款機裡面全部都是舊鈔，什麼爛銀行還營業部咧，不是公務人員就可以這樣子偷懶，一點都不尊重自己銀行這塊招牌。
It was a good Chinese New Year. All the cash machines were filled with old banknotes, and some rotten bank still had a sales department. If you weren’t a public servant, you could be lazy like this, and you didn’t respect your bank’s signboard at all.
