★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間分行的員工大多不太熟悉業務,申請金融卡要等一個月,建議不要來這間,而且態度也不是很好,以下是我的申辦過程:12/18 到銀行申請補發金融卡,行員說七天後電話通知去拿;12/27 沒接到電話,我打電話問,銀行說我沒有申請金融卡的紀錄。因此我直接拿單據到現場問,承辦人員說當初行員幫我辦的是掛失,沒有辦新的卡,所以這個行員幫我辦;01/07 想說過了十多天了打電話去問,行員說有在辦還沒辦好;01/14 打電話詢問,說已經辦好了。整個過程中我從來沒有收到銀行的簡訊與電話通知,沒有任何道歉,辦一張卡接近一個月才辦好,不知道該說甚麼了,郵局辦卡當下就可以給。此外,這一個月我每次到合庫,都有看到旁邊的客戶在跟行員爭議,看來這間銀行問題真的不小。

I did not apologize. It took nearly a month to apply for a card. I don’t know what to say. The post office can give it right away. In addition, every time I went to Hekuang this month, I saw that the customers next to me were arguing with the bankers. It seems that this bank has a really big problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 等一個開戶要2小時,還叫不到我,放棄離開,人客不多就只有一個人會開戶就是了,才等2個號碼而已嘞,會不會太有事,爛透了,公家銀行被批評都應該的,積極度有夠低。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 補個卡片補個存摺而已,辦理的時候辦理人員一直在問旁邊的是要問多久?印我的身分證印完了也沒拿走留在影印機上也是別的辦理人員發現的才拿回來⋯⋯ 效率真的是慢到靠北邊走
