禾馨婦產科 - Zhongzheng District

已經在貴診所生了兩胎，現在第三胎也快要卸貨。今天接到蛋糕店的彌月蛋糕推銷電話，以往的回憶都回來了！之前兩次都是才剛生完的隔天，都還沒出院，就開始接到各種產後相關商品、及婦嬰用品的推銷電話，甚至有寄到住址的廣告單。當初還在想，個資到底是從診所被竊的，還是政府單位，如今竟然還沒生就已經開始接到電話，是否貴診所個資保密出了問題？ 除此以外，禾馨的服務環境與品質仍然是值得肯定的！

每次陪太太產檢 大部分的醫師和護理師和專業熱忱都很足夠 唯一想小抱怨的就是有兩次遇到同一個櫃檯的掛號的感覺不是很專心 1. 問乙鏈球菌檢查是在做什麼，她回答一般自然產都要做唷，我說但我們剖腹耶，她就直接回：剖腹也還是建議要唷（講話有點反覆，後來自己做功課才確定不管剖腹和自然產都建議做沒錯） 2. 明明下週就要生了，還跟我們說以後每次產檢都會問要不要做心音檢測，我們就說但我們這次是最後一次產檢的耶，對方就也沒有特別回應 （感覺有點心不在焉）

Very good experience here! I feel so relax, warm, and excited! 吳孟宗院長是我的接生醫生，專業！細心的報告！還有每次看診的耐心！都給我孕期很多鼓勵！ 這次在禾馨的生產更是給我留下深刻印象，任何一個細節豆很用心，從生產當天感受到的溫暖、輕鬆；到產後寶寶和媽咪的照顧，每一位醫護人員都非常nice，一直鼓勵我不要給自己壓力，放鬆、照顧好自己！然後嬰兒室幫我耐心並且有愛心的照顧寶寶。 感謝禾馨的每一位醫護人員，謝謝吳院長！

候診環境舒適，櫃檯人員或護理師的服務態度都很好，林佳慧醫師的檢查和解說更是專業，超音波是邊做邊解說，不用再度掛號就診非常方便！

因為台大醫院轉診，給了我兩個選擇，想說這一家離台大很近，所以就選擇他，結果真的是選錯了。 晚上到這裡，候診的時候人是不多，但是因為第一次進來，完全沒有人接待，也沒有動線說明，在那邊站了好久，還要自己詢問，才說就算有預約，也要再走一次掛號流程。 因為第一次去不曉得動線，以及收費的方式，所以想詢問，結果掛號小姐態度很差，講話速度又超級快，然後什麼東西都要自費，就算有轉診單，也沒有任何的減免。而且自費的費用還比其他醫院高。然後如果你的問題不在他的回答清單裡面，掛號小姐都不回答。 接下來到診間，護理小姐跟醫生也是講話速度超級快，根本就還沒說明，莫名其妙就要上內診台，然後在那整過程也沒有說明，莫名其妙的就結束了。 接下去到了外面批價掛號以及領藥，反正一路上所有的人講話速度都好像按了快速鍵一樣，快到完全聽不懂他們在說，什麼就一直催促著你到下一個地方前進，不知道在趕什麼，趕下班嗎？ 每一個人都是繃著臉的，這不是婦產科嗎？這不是應該是要有迎接新生命喜悅的地方嗎？怎麼覺得每個人都擺著晚娘面孔，冷冰冰的。 反正除了設備比較新以外，其他幾乎沒有一個會讓我想再靠近這裡的理由。

Highly efficient service, nice and comfortable facilities. The doctor and nurses are professional and caring.

Horrible service, horrible place. Before booking an appointment I made sure the doctor could speak English but I was still required to hire a translator for 1,000 NTD (now the fee is 2,000 NTD). Besides the waste of money, you also have to go when the translator is available btw. Anyways after the first visit, I decided to go without translator and the doctor (that understood everything I said in English and could speak English fluently) said that from next visit she would have never spoken English again and I was supposed to either hire the translator or go there with someone that could translate everything for me. I brought a friend at the next visit and the doctor explicitly said “Yes I speak English but I don’t get paid to speak English”. My friend was livid as the doctor did not even want to visit me anymore. The icing on the cake was that the nurses were so unprofessional that after attempting 5 times (and putting the needle in my arms, wrist and on the back of my hand!!!) did not manage to take my blood. Their excuse was “Oh you’re a foreigners so your veins MOVE”. Ridiculous. After that, I was so stressed, with low blood pressure that I felt like fainting. Their response was “Oh just keep your eyes open and you won’t faint”. DUMB. Of course I ended up fainting (I was one month pregnant). And when I woke up the first thing the nurse asked me (at that point their English magically became fluent) was to give her my wallet so she would have bought me something sugary. You want to tell me that a clinic does not have some sugar or candies to give to a patient that’s just fainted??? It was a NIGHTMARE. I ended up going to Taiwan Adventist Hospital instead, were the service is excellent and everyone speaks perfect English. My doctor was Dr Liao, he delivered my baby and took care of me like a father. Don’t go to Dianthus, it’s a scam for foreigners.
