★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電腦因為Win10強制更新21h1版本 工具列掛掉了 但因為工作急需用電腦 早上找到這家傑特漫既可以預約到府維修 幾個小時後下午就提早來了 非常快速！
維修工程師和客服也非常專業 line諮詢一下就馬上知道問題在哪了 還非常熱心和親切的回答我的疑問 而獲得了許多原本不知道的電腦小知識?
更重要的是把我的電腦在2小時內備份重灌修好了? 甚至還有給很多軟體+office 價格更是實惠又便宜！
馬上就可以繼續工作了 超級感謝!!

我們並沒有要求終身保固喔! 只是條文硬體保固3年,服務保固一年,所以一年後拆裝檢查均須要收費,除非自行拆裝自行拿去硬體的公司做檢測,不然,你的硬體保固3年,不代表不用付費. 所以並沒有惡意指控! 只是提醒消費者,要弄清楚貴公司列的條文. 因為這是我們的親身經驗. 我們也一樣可以提供貴公司的回覆給大家參考. 我們只說明了解貴公司的條文含意，何來惡意的指控！
