★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本人今早到台北市民生東路五段中油加油站自助加油，遇上無法打開油箱蓋，此時站長出來巡視看見，非常熱心的好意幫助我打開，並拿小瓶機油幫我上油潤滑劑，使我生锈的蓋子恢復彈性,順利加油完成。
我連聲道謝感激，告知站長的服務熱誠，及時解決顧客問題。
今在此，我要讚許周站長的上班工作態度及服務熱誠，盡職不怠慢，值得表揚讚許。
中油公司都有這麼認真負責的現場人員，實在是中油表率！

This morning I went to the Zhongyou Gas Station on Section 5 of Minsheng East Road in Taipei to refuel. When I encountered the problem of being unable to open the fuel tank cap, the station leader came out and saw that he was very enthusiastic and kind to help me open it, and took a small bottle of engine oil to help me with lubricant. My rusty lid regained its elasticity and the refueling was completed smoothly.
