★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接過炸蛋蔥油餅是熱的,也看到老闆從鍋子裡夾起來,不疑有他,以為是剛出爐。離開鋪子到了華山拿出來吃,還微熱,但一口咬下去的口感完全是橡膠皮,皮都炸硬實了,是無數次回鍋炸的,失敗。
以前來都是先做,口感完全不同非常好吃。
我為了吃他這口又油又酥的餅,節食了好久,就為了把扣打用在他這裡...
你起碼問我一句吧?對老闆投機的心態很失望...
再也不會來了。

小籠包 5顆35元
肉餡滿小一顆,皮很厚
整體還算不錯,至少吃了沒有嫌
