★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隱身在北車補習街的巷弄裡，難得一見標榜『新加坡』料理的小吃店，沒有品嚐店家招牌的魚頭米粉，倒是點了這「東炎」海鮮麵，顧名思義就是泰式酸辣湯的口味，碗裡的小魚乾扮演畫龍點睛的角色，滿滿一碗份量十足，下回再來嚐嚐「魚頭米粉」究竟是何等的新加坡口味，印象中「叻沙」才是我腦海裡的新加坡味道！
Hidden in the alley of Beiche Tuxiu Street, I rarely saw a snack bar that advertised "Singapore" cuisine. I did not taste the shop's signature fish head rice noodles. I ordered this "Dongyan" seafood noodle. As the name implies, it is the taste of Thai hot and sour soup. The dried fish in the bowl is the finishing touch. The full bowl is full of weight.
