炒飯粒粒分明，有鑊氣，吃的到蛋香，牛肉絲咬起來有彈性，吃起來不錯，可惜沒加胡椒粉調味，炒飯辣度的部分是由自己控制的，店家不會在炒的過程中加辣，旁邊有辣油罐可自行調配，辣椒沒什麼香氣，就是單純的辣感
炒手麵
紅油的部分跟辣椒罐是一樣的，很單純的辣，沒吃到醋的感覺，炒手的部分都是豬肉，沒有豬肉腥味，麵條為細圓麵，有彈性
