炸排骨飯：排骨裹粉現點現炸，且用計時器控制油炸時間。截長補短，排骨實測長寬厚約9*8*1公分，麵衣微酥但稍過鹹，若能稍微降低鹹度會更好，肉質紮實而不柴，味道可以。配菜約六~七樣，可選三樣，所選高麗菜、地瓜葉、紅蘿蔔炒蛋都有到位，買回18:30用餐仍是熱菜。店內空間狹小，地板脫落，內用環境不優。

Fried Pork Ribs Rice: Pork ribs are coated in flour and fried to order, and the frying time is controlled by a timer. Cut the length to make up for the short. The measured length and width of the ribs are about 9*8*1 cm. The batter is slightly crispy but a little too salty. It would be better if the saltiness can be reduced slightly. The meat is solid and not firewood, and the taste is good. There are about six to seven kinds of side dishes, three of which can be selected. The selected cabbage, sweet potato leaves, and scrambled eggs with carrots are all in place. It is still a hot dish when you buy it back at 18:30. The space in the store is small, the floor falls off, and the interior environment is not good.
