★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.個人覺得服務態度並沒有到很好（連朋友也這麼覺得）
2.等了三天書的封面有凹到受損（原本想說回家壓一壓就好，可是壓了三天還是一樣）
3.膠裝的膠沒牢固，翻第二次就有三頁脫落
總結：雖然當初檢查都說沒問題，那是想說封面回去壓一壓就會平，內頁也沒有翻很開，直到朋友拿去看時內頁開始部分脫落。
1. Personally feel that the service attitude is not very good (even friends feel the same)
2. After waiting for three days, the cover of the book was concave and damaged (I originally wanted to go home and press it, but it was still the same after three days)
3. The glue of the glue pack is not firm, and three pages fall off the second time you turn it over.
Conclusion: Although the initial inspection said that there was no problem, that is to say that the cover will be flat when pressed back, and the inner page did not open very much until a friend took it to see the inner page began to fall off.

1.用線上下單沒收到檔案，回去再一次丟檔案，到了現場，服務人員找了半天才找到，然後跟我說記得打電話詢問有沒有收到檔案因為很久沒用系統收檔案，我去八德、吉祥店都沒有這樣的問題，服務人員收到檔案會主動跟我聯繫。
2.詢問說有沒有塑膠透明的套子，我在其他家店都會幫我放進透明塑膠袋裡，貴店卻沒有，是否要統一都給塑膠透明袋？
明明給檔案的通道不只一個，很少用到不代表沒有人不會使用，麻煩請下次貴店檢查一下系統有沒有問題
