★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small ramen place tucked in the Nanchang road. I ordered the recommender house ramen 喜多方拉麵 noodle with extra noodle and egg, as well as a side order of BBQ pork and kelp. The noodle is more Chinese style rather then Japanese and the soy sauce soup base I chose was still a bit too salty (you can choose Japanese type which is even more salty); however the BBQ pork was tasty though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally a decent shoyu ramen (kitakata style). Simple but tasty! I chose Japanese style broth (not sure what Taiwanese is). Medium noodle firmness. Everything was cooked very well. I also ordered a side of chashu rice which was absolutely delicious! I'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a Taiwanese ramen, with delicious soup and daily white noodles. I love to put some ginger with the meat, which lightened up its taste and give it a refreshing in the very strong flavored meal. Fried dumplings are a bit too oiled up though~ but I like their ramen.
