龍潭沒開,意外找到這家豆花。豆花帶有碳燒香,花生、芋頭、紅豆都是我在台北吃過最好吃的!!很傳統的好滋味!

漲價漲太誇張,而且變難吃了,一碗軟爛的白豆花什麼都不加就40元,加芋頭跟紅豆總共70元,路邊攤卻是百貨公司價格,也沒那個質量,剛在我旁邊的大嬸也碎唸以後不會再來吃了

2021/12/18 多年沒來吃,以前來公館都要吃一碗作為ending 再回家,那時候一碗35~40元吧!覺得好吃且很划算,現在一碗50元,漲價了,但是跟其他甜品店比起來還是算可接受的價格,而且很少甜湯店可以加滿滿的芋頭、軟花生這種單價較高的料而不用多加錢;有人說豆花軟綿綿爛爛的,我是還滿喜歡這樣的口感,沒有傳統豆花的焦味,也不是布丁豆花。發現它家的價目板換了,不是以前的紅底,店主似乎也不是以前常常會看到的老闆及老闆娘,不知道只是換成新招牌及聘請人來顧攤?還是已經頂讓出去?畢竟味道好像沒太大差異,有人知道嗎?

It does not have the burnt taste of traditional bean curd, nor is it pudding bean curd. I found that the price board of its house has changed. It is not the previous red bottom. The owner does not seem to be the boss and proprietress that I often see before. I don't know that it is just a new signboard and hire someone to take care of the stall? Or have you given up? After all, the taste doesn't seem to be much different, does anyone know?
