1. 先將蛋黃與牛奶混合均勻。
2. 加入過篩的低筋麵粉、泡打粉及鹽並且攪拌均勻備用。
3. 接著打發蛋白，砂糖分次加入一起打發至乾性發泡。
4. 先取一些蛋白霜加入蛋黃霜內輕輕混合。
5. 再將剩餘的蛋白霜通通混合至蛋黃霜內。
6.在平底鍋中均勻抹上些許椰子油。
7. 將麵糊分次疊上，不要一次加太多以免擴散開來。加入約2大匙的水蓋上鍋蓋以小火蒸煎，一面煎約5-6分鐘。翻面後再加入2大匙的水續煎5-6分鐘即完成 ！
8. 日本甜點店熱賣的「舒芙蕾鬆餅」熱騰騰上桌 。
