★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店面很小，去的時候店家很忙，剛好有溯溪領隊在租借裝備x20套，為了爬百岳租背包及頭燈，店家很快的登記好就離開了，領裝備跟還裝備也都很快速，沒遇到什麼問題，雖然背包屬於有點舊的款式，但基本上功能都正常，也沒有任何的瑕疵，算還不錯的店家，只是熱門時段租借裝備最好提早預約(例如夏天)，不然真的很容易就租不到了。

Fast, no problems encountered, although the backpack is a bit old style, but basically functions normally, without any defects, it is a good store, but it is best to make an appointment for rental equipment in hot hours (such as summer), otherwise It's really easy to rent.

不小心遺失折疊桌的外袋，本來已有預期要賠償，卻被老闆婉拒說不用賠...
以後若還有機會露營，會向戶外家租借～並且會小心使用！真的很不好意思

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次體驗露營，在寒冷的武陵農場上，租到會漏氣的充氣床墊，真的是毀了這趟行程，床墊明明就破了，還用膠帶貼起來繼續租人，冰冷的木棧板根本無法睡，最後只能兩個大人擠在一個充氣床墊上，事後歸還告訴店家,店家很阿殺力的就退款了，處理態度很好，但是希望品質能顧好!!
It was my first time to experience camping. On the cold Wuling farm, I rented an inflatable mattress that would leak. It really ruined the trip. The mattress was obviously broken, and it was stuck with tape to continue renting. It was cold. The wooden pallet couldn't sleep at all. In the end, only two adults could squeeze on an air mattress. After returning it, I told the store that the store was very arrogant and refunded. The handling attitude is very good, but I hope the quality can be taken care of!!
