可惜沒有我最愛的三鮮炒麵
品項也少了許多
不過還是很推肉絲炒麵跟滷味
尤其是辣椒?️醬是重點?

第一次來吃榨菜肉絲麵覺得普普通通，奇妙的是有九成的人都點這份肉絲炒麵，強烈推薦要加辣，店家用沙茶一起去炒，麵條本身也很Q，真的可以試一次看看

大大的菜單看板只賣五種麵跟幾樣賣相不錯的滷味，點一份肉絲炒麵 80元。筷子夾幾條剛上來冒煙的炒麵入口，立馬沖腦門的Q彈口感!!，不自覺地想在口中多嚼幾下。逐漸在襯出醬油鹹中微帶點甜口感，肉絲香氣加上蔬菜的清脆豐富了味覺的體驗。吃不出老闆炒麵的作法是源自哪個流派，感覺像是自成一格。寒冬的晚上能嘗到這碗肉絲炒麵真讓人暖胃暖心。

Gradually, the soy sauce and salty taste are slightly sweet. The aroma of shredded meat and the crispness of vegetables enrich the taste experience. I can’t tell which genre the owner’s fried noodles come from. This bowl of fried noodles with shredded pork is really heart-warming.

肉絲炒麵，肉絲挺多的，底味有淡淡沙茶味，麵體稍稍有筋道。
滷味，沒有很入味，口感都不錯。
蛋花湯，很油膩又很鹹，這超不推。

麵是手工拉麵很有嚼勁！覺得乾麵比較搭，榨菜肉絲麵的湯很清香，沒有什麼調味是食材本身的味道。
肉絲炒麵真的只有肉絲、小白菜和麵，以為和外面的炒麵一樣有木耳、紅蘿蔔等等。真的很純樸，醬吃起來甜甜的整體不會很鹹。
滷味的杏包菇和牛肚很好吃！杏包菇超級入味而且很多汁必點！牛肚很Q不會硬本身滷汁味很濃有淡淡的中藥味，加辣椒很讚！

The noodles are hand-pulled and very chewy! I think the dry noodles are more suitable. The soup of the mustard and pork noodles is very fragrant, and there is no seasoning that is the taste of the ingredients themselves.
Shredded pork fried noodles really only has shredded pork, cabbage and noodles. I thought it had fungus, carrots and so on like the fried noodles outside. It's really simple, the sauce tastes sweet and the whole is not very salty.
The braised king mushrooms and tripe are delicious! The king oyster mushroom is super tasty and very juicy! The tripe is very Q and will not be hard. The marinade taste is very strong and has a light Chinese medicine flavor. It is great to add chili!
