Mr. Kawamura was very patient to assist the impatient elders from online consultation and quotation to urgent mail processing. Professional translators raised doubts about the content of the original document so that we could re-provide the correct document.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is efficient and amazing. I had a marriage certificate translated and notarized here in one go. I called on Wednesday, asking them if it's possible for them to get everything done by Friday; they weren't sure but said they'll aim for that. I had a courier drop everything off by the end of the work day. They really update you at every step (receiving my docs, translation complete, etc). I got everything done and notarized by Saturday morning, sent via express mail. Absolutely top notch service. I'll definitely come back next time if I ever need something translated and notarized again.
