第一週說找不到東西，第二週說漏洗
老闆娘說「放在籃子下，一直找無，所以沒洗到」
按理，核對客人明細時，就該發現漏東西，並加緊尋找
何況兩週了，又客人取件時就能找到
推測可能不是「一直」找無
而是這兩週來都「沒在管理」我們的東西
別人我不知道，至少我個人的這次洗衣經驗
是非常潦草、不受尊重、沒有誠意、浪費時間的
對於這麼大的疏失，老闆娘在言行方面未有任何表示
日後不會再來了
