★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只收事先預約的客人，其他臨時掛號的客人一律都不願意收，還會問客人怎麼不去自己本來牙科看，就是因為緊急突發狀況才會去就近的，客人願意等診所也不願意收。櫃檯的口氣跟態度很差

醫生跟護理師人都很好！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 邱醫師非常細心專業、有經驗，整體服務親切友善，讓去年齒中齒神經痛，痛了6天無助的我得以解脫，很感謝邱醫師夫婦與護士姊三人的幫助與照顧。

遍尋不著有效的牙醫治療，自從五六年前我搬家到泉州街後，找到華恩牙醫邱醫師，經過邱醫師專業及耐心的一連串療程，並作上全瓷冠瓷牙，不但沒有拔除牙齒，更徹底解決了多年來惱人的牙疼問題，值得大力推崇！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因原假牙冠似乎有問題，臨時打電話詢問，櫃檯小姐熱心幫忙詢問醫生，醫生也仁慈的同意，過程中立即告知問題和需要處理的方式，不強迫推銷，讓病人有好好評估考慮的時間，診所雖小，五臟俱全，邱醫生、護士都很溫柔，櫃檯小姐的熱忱服務讓人覺得倍感溫暖，是個親切的診所。
建議來看診的朋友真的要先打電話預約時間

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in after 9:00 PM, but no one made me feel unwelcome. The place had a family home feel free to it, and the staff of three were all very welcoming. Had my problem solved in 5 minutes, and they even gave me toothpaste and mouthwash afterwards!
I don't want to have problems with my teeth again, but if I do, this is where I would go!
