Good.

One of the most delicious hot pot restaurants I have been too. The menu was in English, so if you don't know Chinese you can still navigate the meals. Very friendly staff and a friendly atmosphere.

It's a medium price range hot pot restaurant where everyone can order the style they preferred. Good place for few friends to gather and eat.

We were hungry and the steakhouse next door was packed so we decided to give this place a try. From the outside it looks like a typical shabu-shabu place in Taipei and the interior suggests the same. We were led to our table within a few seconds, +1★ for good firs impression. However, there was a very strong fishy smell in the back section of the restaurant (we tried a few tables). It was bearable but definitely not pleasant. - 1★ for comfort. The broth, veggie, condiments and entrée arrived quickly. We began cooking and enjoyed the entrée (salmon chin, salmon belly and what looked like beef brisket). But we can't say the same about the broth, which was too salty and fishy (maybe that's where that fishy smell came from). All in all, 3.5★ for the food. The service was speedy, but this place is primarily self-serve and there aren't too many items to self serve with besides the dipping sauce and small selection of desserts. Another thing that somewhat bothered us was that even the broth refill is self-serve ? and there was no wet towels ?. -0.5★ in the service department. Overall this is a 3★ experience.
