★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不喜歡裡面站收帳的店員，很八卦直接在其他客人面前討論那個人是不是批發客（不是又怎樣？你們不是一樣有錢賺嗎？）態度也很糟糕，一直會說買這麼少喔~同樣是VIP客戶，態度也不一樣。
除了這家，不遠的Y11出口有一間安泰水晶也是他們開的，服務就好很多，比較不會瞧不起人，但也要小心某些品項被坑。
其實這種態度我寧可上蝦皮拍賣賭一把。也不見得比較貴。
要注意的是散珠品質良莠不齊，常常一串買回去泡過溫水後會有十幾顆是次品。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在店裡逛的時候反應想要自己看就好，店員態度很差，當我在看狐仙吊飾時，店員馬上就用很不客氣的語氣說「不要這樣撥」，重點是我根本沒有很大力的翻！整個逛的感受很差！
我蹲在地上想看碎石，擋住了走道
店員：「你要找什麼？」
我：「我自己看就好謝謝」
店員：「喔，那借過。」
語氣差到不行，感受奇差無比！
