要申辦網路保鏢,結果警衛處理,到電腦旁邊,警衛不太會用電腦,一開始連怎麼按都卡卡,終於按到申請界面,結果讀卡機試了三次都讀不到金融卡,此時警衛竟然說要重開機,我坐在原地等了十分鐘重開機,電腦跑超慢,中間問警衛能不能找行員辦理,他第一次回說不行。重開機之後,再次試還是讀不到,我再次問能不能找行員,警衛一樣回他們也不懂怎麼處理。等到我開始有點怒氣的時候,警衛才說可以「臨櫃辦理」,如果一開始就能臨櫃辦理為什麼要浪費我前前後後十五分鐘的時間?一開始讀不到卡就應該要幫我轉臨櫃,而不是一直插插拔拔我的金融卡,然後又要我在現場等半小時臨櫃處理,這間銀行故意拖我四十五分鐘,而且還把網路銀行業務交給什麼都不懂的警衛處理,最討厭的是,我輸入金融卡密碼時,警衛全程站在旁邊看,完全沒有把眼睛轉開,根本不知道有沒有故意在記客人的提款密碼,不會再來第二次了,讓人不舒服又可能讓人密碼外流的爛銀行。

前面等三位 櫃員比客人多還要等20分鐘。明明都有櫃員但都不處理現場客戶。對面兆豐效率也沒這麼差。強烈建議要有台無卡ATM存款機
