★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始在網路上看到雷米有很多修ASUS筆電轉軸的影片，所以被原廠說沒辦法修退件之後，就選擇有經驗的雷米。
老闆對待客人很親切，工程師也會很清楚說明問題的肇因和修繕方案，會跟你分析哪一個對筆電的長久使用比較好，不會為了要賺更多錢就一定要客人選貴的。
維修時間很快，比原本預計的時間提早半小時取件。價格的部分跟原廠報價差不多，但是雷米最大的優點我覺得是很有效率！只花幾個小時就搞定！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修電腦一開始打電話說只要1個禮拜，等一個晶片從美國過來就可以。等了兩個禮拜打電話說還沒好，等三個禮拜也說還沒好，因為貨卡在馬來西亞。我認為貨卡住就算了，但這姑且不論，我認為延期可以事先告知，而不是我一直打電話確認，況且第二次打電話工程師態度非常不好，一直講什麼專業術語說電腦哪裡有問題，我只想知道位甚麼延期不是扯到面板甚麼的。最後等了一個月打電話說電腦修好了的時候，偷偷比起一開始報的價多了3000元，詢問為什麼的時候又說：你又有一個晶片燒壞了，因此我們又要修另一個晶片，還一副怪我的樣子說甚麼根本不知道你怎麼把這晶片燒壞的。我也認為如果你事後發現的話加錢也可以，也不是不好說話，反正電腦在你們那我能怎麼辦，但你們也沒事先告知，修好了再跟我講說：對吼，要加3000塊喔，反正電腦修好了不給錢不能給你喔，真的事先告知一定能理解的，但最後才講在加上那個態度到底是怎樣阿.....話說最後拿到電腦的時候店員只給我一個燒壞的零件，也沒給我兩個，我合理懷疑後面的3000塊是騙我的.....(店員其實蠻客氣的)總之超級不推薦各位

再看了看店門口貼的廣告單，都2022還有人賣十年老機器破萬的，五年前他們就不值四千了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 3 years old HP notebook with bad keyboard, the owner was good and fast in replacing the keyboard within 1 hour. I took the same computer to other computer shop earlier and was told I need to send in to HP. From that response it shows my repair job is more challenging than others. For that I recommend this ship for computer repair. The owner was courteous and honest. Price is good.
